Michael Jackson's son Prince Michael testified in the ongoing trial his family has brought against bosses of AEG Live on Wednesday. The 16-year-old revealed that although Michael was excited about his concert residency in London, the concert promoter had put so much pressure on him that he would often cry after getting off the phone with executives. Prince said that after one such call he heard his father say, "They're gonna kill me. They're gonna kill me." He also revealed that Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently in prison on involuntary manslaughter charges over the death of the pop superstar, said the cause of Jackson's death was a heart attack. Paula Deen followed through with her "Today Show" appearance on Wednesday after backing out of a spot on the show last Friday, saying that she's not a racist and her life has been turned upside-down after honestly answering a question in a court deposition and admitting that she's used the N-word once in the past. Many of her sponsors and companies that she had endorsement deals with have dropped her because of her honesty. Novelist Anne Rice has supported the TV chef, saying "this looks like a crucifixion." Her fans have also come to her defense, and the lines at her restaurants are out the door and preorders for her upcoming book "Paula Deen's New Testament: 250 Favorite Recipes, All Lightened Up" (Oct. 15) have pushed it to the number-one spot on Amazon.com. The wake for actor James Gandolfini was held in New Jersey Wednesday night, where family and close friends gathered to pay their respects. The "Sopranos" star died suddenly a week ago in his hotel room in Rome after suffering a massive heart attack at the young age of 51. The star's body was returned to the U.S. Sunday night. (story)

Actor John Travolta remembered his friend at a film retrospective in England on Tuesday, saying that the actor was "one of those people you fall in love with the moment you meet him." The two have starred in several films together, including "Get Shorty" and "The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3." (story)

Wednesday morning's Supreme Court ruling on DOMA (The Defense of Marriage Act) prompted numerous stars to tweet their support of gay rights. (story)

Miley Cyrus is thrilled over the ruling, and she's also excited over the Disney Channel's announcement that they're adding a same-sex couple to the show "Good Luck Charlie." The former Hannah Montana star, whose career began on the network, called the news "INSPIRING." (story)

Singer Melissa Etheridge celebrated the defeat of DOMA by announcing that she's getting married. "I look forward to exercising my American civil liberties and getting fully, completely and legally married this year to my true love of over three years, Linda Wallem." (story)

Hit CBS series "Sherlock" is set to add a new cast member. Actor Rhys Ifans will join the show as Sherlock Holmes's brother Mycroft. The show debuted last year and was criticized for changing the gender of the sleuth's sidekick Dr. Watson, played by Lucy Liu, in the contemporary take on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's legendary detective. But the move worked and Ifans will add his greatness to season two. (story)

Channing Tatum made a surprise appearance at the premiere of "White House Down" in Miami, Florida, on Monday. The star appeared scruffy and a little bit tired now that he's a new dad. People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" plans more surprise appearances, posting "Wonder where I'll show up next" on Facebook. Sounds like Edward Snowden. (story)

Kat Von D's August 10 "underwater" wedding to EDM superstar Deadmau5 has been called off. In fact, the celebrity tattoo artist called off their entire relationship, dumping the deejay and accusing him of cheating on her via twitter. Von D was previously engaged to Jesse James, who infamously cheated on ex-wife Sandra Bullock. Maybe it's time for her to stop dating dirtbags. (story)
