Tim McGraw To Award Mortgage-Free Homes To Military Veterans
This summer, Tim McGraw will show off his generous side by awarding mortgage-free homes to military veterans and their families.
The country singer is continuing with his work for the HomeFront foundation and will award one military veteran and their family a newly renovated, mortgage-free home at each of the 31 stops on his Two Lanes of Freedom Tour.
Last year, McGraw teamed up with Chase bank and the Operation Homefront charitable foundation to launch the program, which has already awarded more than 30 homes to deserving military families.
The It's Your Love hit-maker says in a statement, "Launching our HomeFront program made last summer so much more special than I could have originally imagined. I can honestly say that I got as much - or more - out of the experience than the veterans who received the new homes and assistance.
"These families made an incredible mark on me, and I'm more grateful than I've ever been for the sacrifices they make every day to serve our country. I'm just honored to be a part of this program, and I look forward to working with Chase and Operation Homefront to take it even further this summer."
