One of the best ways to get over a break up is to spend time with your friends, which is exactly what Julianne Hough did over the weekend.

The dancer/actress just split with Ryan Seacrest and took her mind off things by hitting the beach with "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev and other pals.

On Friday, news broke that the former "Dancing With The Stars" pro and "American Idol" host called it quits after a two-year relationship. Hough got together with her friends for some seaside relaxation following the fall out.

Hough posted an image of the get together on Instagram, writing on Twitter: "Beachin' with my b**ches... @riawnacapri @morganbeau @ninadobrev and Jill #friendsarethebesttherapy."

Dobrev also tweeted about having rollers in her hair before hitting the sand. She uploaded a photo from their car ride and tweeted: "Rolling to the beach with a Roller in the hair hahaha."
