Britney Spears attended the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday night with a new sophisticated look.

The singer, 31, dyed her signature blonde hair brunette and wore a shimmering low-cut black Michael Cinco Couture gown with lace detail on the back.

Perhaps the color switch is marking the many changes in the pop star's life. She is reportedly close to inking a deal to play a series of shows in Las Vegas, possibly at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

After just one season, she quit as judge of "The X Factor," and she recently split up with fiance and manager Jason Trawick.

Whatever's next for Britney, we can't wait to see it!
