We spotted Italian celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis in a flimsy, see-through beach dress at the Food and Wine festival at Miami beach on Thursday.

De Laurentiis, the granddaughter of famed film producer Dino De Laurentiis, stars in Food Network's "Giada at Home." She recently released the book "Weeknights with Giada: Quick and Simple Recipes to Revamp Dinner."

She and fellow celebrity chef Bobby Flay have been pitching a morning talk show to various networks, but no one has bit yet.

The popular TV chef made a New Year's resolution to "clean up her potty mouth," according to RumorFix. She and her husband are working to stop cursing around their five-year-old daughter.
