One of Glee star Mark Salling's former lovers is suing the actor for allegedly forcing her to have sex with him without a condom.

Roxanne Gorzela claims she consented to have sex with Salling in March, 2011, but insisted that he use protection. He allegedly refused.

In her lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, Gorzela's attorney Philip J. Layfield claims the star proceeded to "insert his penis into (her) vagina without a condom."

Weeks later she confronted Salling at his home, where she allegedly found him in bed with another woman.

Explaining her health concerns, Gorzela claims she asked the actor for proof he hadn't given her a sexually transmitted disease. He allegedly responded by pushing her to the ground.

Gorzela immediately filed a a police report.

She is asking for unspecified damages.
