Hollywood actor Josh Brolin rang in the New Year in a police cell after he was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on Tuesday.
The No Country For Old Men star was partying with friends in Santa Monica, California on New Year's Day when he was allegedly discovered drunk in the street.
He was led away by cops shortly before midnight and booked into a jail cell shortly after 3am on Wednesday. Brolin was released later that morning.
The actor was not given a citation for the arrest so he will not have to attend court or face any charges, according to TMZ.com.
