Megan Fox felt like she was starring in a real-life horror movie during the first few months of her pregnancy because her morning sickness was so severe.

The Transformers star gave birth to her first child, a son named Noah with her husband Brian Austin Green, in September, and she reveals her first trimester was far from smooth.

Fox was violently ill throughout the first few months of her pregnancy, and even compares her morning sickness to a scene from the Twilight vampire movie franchise.

She tells TV host Jay Leno, "I was about two months pregnant. I was really sick... I was very nauseous. I had really bad morning sickness... It was so bad for me, actually, that I felt like I was maybe birthing a vampire baby, like the one from Twilight. You know what happens to (Kristen Stewart's character) Bella - where she's in like cold sweats all the time? I felt like that was happening, because I had no vitamins and nutrients.

"I was just nauseous... The first trimester was really rough and then I got to about 12 weeks and then it was fine. It was a really perfect pregnancy after that."
