Olivia Wilde has refuted rumors that she and beau Jason Sudeikis are celebrating an engagement this holiday season.

She tweeted early this morning, "No I'm not engaged but I AM at the Stones show and holy s**t Ronnie Wood you  got style, boy. It's just a fact."

Olivia and Jason have been together for nearly a year and have been very busy with their careers. Wilde divorced her Italian prince husband in September 2011. She cited "irreconcilable differences" for the split.

Wilde is working on a ton of projects, including the upcoming films "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone," "Drinking Buddies" and "Rush."
