Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D has won a temporary restraining order against a fan who allegedly bombarded her with online messages and visited her home.

The TV star, who is dating dance DJ Deadmau5, claims a man named Michael Nunn has been contacting her via Twitter.com and has even posted her home phone number on the web.

Von D alleges Nunn showed up at her Los Angeles home and called her phone in April, as well as turning up at a public event she attended in June.

The body art expert claims Nunn exhibits "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him" - and now a judge has issued a temporary restraining order against the fan.

Nunn has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the star and to stop contacting her on the internet, according to TMZ.com.

A hearing has been scheduled for later this month to decide whether to make the order permanent.
