French actor Gerard Depardieu was detained in Paris on Thursday after allegedly driving drunk and crashing his scooter.

The Green Card star was questioned by police officers after falling off his vehicle on Thursday afternoon and slightly injuring his elbow, according to Reuters.

He reportedly failed a sobriety test and was escorted home.

The incident comes three months after he was involved in a scooter accident with another motorist while cruising around the capital.

The driver later filed legal papers accusing Depardieu of assault and battery.
