PSY's 'Gangnam Style' Breaks Guinness World Record

South Korean pop sensation PSY's global hit Gangnam Style has smashed a world record to become the most popular video in YouTube.com history.
The singer was presented with a certificate by Guinness World Records bosses in London on Thursday for the achievement.
Since its release in July, the much-parodied online sensation has held off competition from singers Justin Bieber and Adele to receive 4,911,081 'likes' on the video-sharing website.
Receiving the award, Psy says, "I'm honored. This is the first certificate I've ever had... I didn't get one at school."
Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief Craig Glenday says, "I think Psy looked touched to receive his certificate, he even asked if he could keep it! We're pleased to present his official certificate to such a global phenomenon."
"Gangnam Style is an infectious, joyous song that has brought a smile to the faces of a tenth of the world's population, and the result is that it's the most liked video of any kind in the history of YouTube!"
