Bobby Brown has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving for the second time this year.

Whitney Houston's ex-husband's car was pulled over in the early hours of Wednesday after he was spotted driving erratically through Los Angeles.

According to TMZ.com, Brown was asked to take a field sobriety test after cops detected the smell of alcohol.

He was arrested on suspicious of driving under the influence, and taken into custody.

The My Prerogative hit-maker checked into rehab in August to seek treatment for his addiction issues, following another DUI arrest in March - a month after Houston died.

Brown, who has a history of drug abuse, also served eight days in jail after he was convicted for DUI in 1996.
