Gwyneth Paltrow Feared Turning 40 But Is 'Happy & Content' With Her Life

Last month Gwyneth Paltrow was "worried" about turning 40 but she has since embraced the milestone.
In September the actress marked her big birthday by taking a vacation to Portofino, Italy, with husband Chris Martin and their two children, Apple and Moses.
This week she extended her celebrations with a star-studded dinner in London. The guests included actor Hugh Grant, TV chef Jamie Oliver and famed photographer Mario Testino.
Paltrow says she has a new positive attitude after turning 40.
She tells UsMagazine.com, "I was really worried about it, leading up to the day, but now I feel really happy and content with my life. I'm excited to move into the next phase. It's much more exciting than I thought it would be. I think I try to promote self-growth and reflection for myself every day."
