Actress Reese Witherspoon is a mom for the third time after giving birth to a baby boy.

The Legally Blonde star and her husband Jim Toth welcomed son Tennessee James on Thursday.

A representative for the actress tells People.com, "Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."

The newborn is the couple's first child together - Witherspoon also has two kids with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, daughter Ava, 13, and son Deacon, eight.

Witherspoon and talent agent Toth married last year.
