Miley Cyrus will be cleared of accusations she assaulted a man at a nightclub earlier this month, according to a new report.
The former Hannah Montana star was partying with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel on September 9th when she got caught up in an altercation with a stranger.
The man later filed a report with police, alleging he was assaulted during the dispute, and cops confirmed they were investigating his claim.
A representative for Cyrus insisted the allegation was "completely false and erroneous," and now editors at TMZ.com report surveillance footage from inside the venue confirm Cyrus is in the clear.
A report on the website suggests police have been handed the film and the probe is ongoing but it is "almost certain" Cyrus will not face any charges.
