Reality star Kim Kardashian has settled her $20 million lawsuit with bosses of a popular clothing chain over a case of mistaken identity.
The socialite was not impressed when she saw a TV commercial for Old Navy, which featured brunette model Melissa Molinaro, who bears a striking similarity to Kardashian and was also named Kim in the ad.
Her attorney, Gary Hecker, filed suit against the bosses of the fashion firm's parent company The Gap last year, accusing the retailers of the "unauthorized use of Kardashian's name, likeness, identity and persona".
Both parties have now reached an undisclosed agreement after hiring a mediator, Daniel Weinstein, to help them resolve the case.
The Old Navy advert has since been removed from TV and YouTube.com, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
