Stephen Baldwin was arrested in New York City on Thursday.

The Usual Suspects star was driving in Harlem when he was pulled over by police officers for allegedly making an illegal turn.

However, as cops began to write up Baldwin's citation, they discovered the 46 year old was driving with a suspended license.

The actor was taken into custody and booked for aggravated unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle, according to TMZ.com.

He is scheduled to appear in court in October.
