Singer Lauryn Hill is facing another bill for allegedly unpaid taxes just weeks after pleading guilty to failing to file her returns.
The former Fugees star was accused of owing more than $1.6 million and in June, she admitted neglecting to file her financial papers for federal taxes between 2005 and 2007.
She faces up to three years in jail and a $75,000 fine when she is sentenced in November.
It has now emerged Hill is also facing a large bill for state taxes in New Jersey amounting to more than $440,000, according to TMZ.com.
Editors at the website report a civil judgment was filed against Hill in a New Jersey court on June 14th.
