Actress Blake Lively has ruled out stripping off for a film role as she finds nudity in movies distracting.

The Gossip Girl star has made a successful transition to the big screen since shooting to fame on the TV series in 2008.

Nevertheless, she makes it clear to directors that she will keep covered up in all of her projects.

She tells Style magazine, "When I see nudity in movies, I am always distracted by it. I know that if I am watching a scene and someone has their boobs out, then that's all I'm looking at - I can't help it."

"I just don't think that will ever be right for me."
