The Killers rocker Ronnie Vannucci, Jr. accidentally groped First Lady Michelle Obama when the band was invited to the White House.

The Mr. Brightside hit-makers performed for President Barack Obama and his wife at their official residence as part of Independence Day celebrations in July, 2010.

They were introduced to the couple during the event, and drummer Vanucci, Jr. was stunned when Michelle Obama leaned in for a hug - and he inadvertently grabbed her butt with both hands.

He tells NME magazine, "Playing the White House was great. But I ended up grabbing Michelle Obama's a**. She's a hugger! And she's unexpectedly tall so, when we were all being introduced to them, she went in for the hug, and because she's so tall, she ended up with her arms over me like this."
