In 2008, Shia LaBeouf was arrested for refusing to leave a Walgreen's in Chicago. He later confessed he was searching for pimple cream, was mocked by a security guard, and left. He later returned to buy cigarettes, but he bought gummy bears instead. He had to return a third time for his smokes. LaBeouf was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He later told David Letterman he was "pretty wasted."
