John Travolta's attorney has filed legal papers firing back at a cruise ship steward who accused the movie star of exposing himself during a massage.

Fabian Zanzi became the third masseur to sue Travolta over sex claims in as many months in June when he alleged the actor had dropped his robe and exposed himself during a neck message session in 2009.

The Royal Caribbean staffer went on to suggest that the Grease star had forcefully embraced him and then tried to buy his silence over the incident by offering Zanzi $12,000. He is suing for unspecified damages.

However, Travolta's legal representative Marty Singer has now responded to the suit and although he admits that the Hollywood star had been on the cruise ship, he has denied all allegations of misconduct and accused Zanzi of lying about the encounter.

Singer also questioned why Zanzi had failed to mention details of sexual harassment when he complained to his superiors and filed a report over the run-in, reports TMZ.com.

Travolta's lawyer is asking a judge to dismiss the suit and demand Zanzi pay for his legal fees. Two other male masseurs who claimed Travolta had acted inappropriately previously dismissed their cases.
