Toni Braxton has become embroiled in a lawsuit over her reality TV project amid allegations an advertising bill went unpaid.

The singer is an executive producer on fly-on-the-wall WEtv show Braxton Family Values, which follows the Un-Break My Heart star and her siblings, as well as their mother.

Braxton has now been named in a lawsuit filed by bosses of National Promotions & Advertising (NPA), who claim they were hired by producers of the show to promote the second season.

The lawsuit, filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims the company put up more than 4,000 posters advertising the show across the U.S. but producers allegedly failed to pay the $57,000 bill.

NPA chiefs are suing for the total bill plus damages, according to TMZ.com.

A representative for Braxton has told the website the singer was not involved in organizing marketing budgets.
