Actress Tiffani Thiessen has admitted losing her virginity when she was just 14 years old.

The former Saved By The Bell star talked about her sex life in a candid chat on Howard Stern's radio show on Monday, revealing her first time was with an older boyfriend.

Thiessen also told the shock jock she plans to one day talk openly about sex with her daughter Harper, who was born in 2010.

She said, "Now, having a daughter, it's really hard to talk about (losing my virginity)! I'm not going to be dishonest with her (about sex) because honestly, for me, I think my mom can at least rest easy that it wasn't a one-time thing. I was actually with the guy for five years."

When Stern asked if she wished she had waited before having sex, Thiessen insisted, "I try not to have a lot of regrets, I really don't. I don't think I can say that I (regret it)."
