A woman accused of stalking actor Alec Baldwin has been hit with 20 new counts of misdemeanor harassment.

Canadian actress Genevieve Sabourin, 40, was arrested in April after allegedly turning up outside the 30 Rock star's New York City home.

She was booked on five counts of harassment and stalking, but on Thursday, prosecutors filed new claims at the Manhattan Supreme Court after unearthing several e-mails, in which Sabourin reportedly threatened to launch a war of words against the star if he did not contact her.

In court documents, obtained by the New York Post, Baldwin alleges, "The defendant said... she was going to start a 'massive destructive war' with me. She also said that she would find me no matter what it cost her. She said that I could call the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) and have her put in jail or I could call her and speak to her. She told me if I did not have a conversation with her, it would mean 'war' and that she was 'ready for it.'"

Judge Mark White also ordered Sabourin to stay away from the actor until their next court date on September 19th.

Baldwin, who is now married to yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, has previously admitted to enjoying a night out with Sabourin in 2010 as a "favor to a friend," but claims he has since been bombarded with unwelcome messages.
