Mary J. Blige To Team Up With Adam Levine On 'The Voice'
Mary J. Blige has signed on to mentor Maroon 5 star Adam Levine's wannabes on The Voice.
Blige will serve as his team's adviser on the hit show's upcoming third season, which will debut in September.
Thrilled Levine, who counted Robin Thicke and Alanis Morissette among his co-mentors last season, says, "I've always been a huge fan of Mary J. Blige."
The odd couple has already started filming together, with Blige adding, "I love Adam, he's amazing. I'm so happy to be working with him and his team."
The announcement comes just days after Michael Buble revealed he would be helping Levine's rival Blake Shelton on the show.
