Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe is still in prison in the Czech Republic after red tape delayed his release.
The rocker was arrested in Prague last Thursday on suspicion of manslaughter but was reported to have been freed after posting $197,500 bail.
However, it's now emerged the decision to release the U.S. musician is subject to appeal, and he will not be freed until officials at the state prosecutor's office approve his release.
Blythe is accused of pushing a fan off stage at a concert in the city in May 2010. The man later died.
