Eva Longoria's basketball player ex-husband Tony Parker is reportedly suing nightclub bosses for $20 million after he sustained a scratched retina during a violent fracas involving rapper Drake and singer Chris Brown.

The San Antonio Spurs player attended a birthday party for Ne-Yo's manager Javon Smith at New York City venue W.i.P. earlier this month, but became caught up in a violent bust-up between the two music stars' entourages.

He was left in agony after small shards of glass got into his eye and now the French athlete has fired a lawsuit against the venue's owners.

According to the New York Daily News, the sportsman claims the Manhattan hotspot's bosses were negligent in security and supervision.

Brown also walked away with a nasty cut on his chin after he was hit in the face with a bottle during the altercation, but Drake has denied any involvement, insisting he was "on his way out of the club" when the trouble began.
