A judge has denied professional fighter Tito Ortiz's request for a restraining order against his former pal.
The UFC champion filed for an emergency restraining order last month to keep ex-friend Shana Burroughs from contacting him, his fiancee, former porn star Jenna Jameson, or their two children.
A hearing on his bid for protection was postponed until June 15 but when Ortiz failed to appear in court on Friday, the judge rejected his request and threw out the case.
According to TMZ.com, the mixed martial arts legend originally accused Burroughs of stealing from his family, stalking them and scaring the couple's kids.
Burroughs contested the allegations.
