Katy Perry Channels 1920s Glamour At Spirit Of Life Award Gala

Pop star Katy Perry got glammed up for City of Hope's Spirit of Life Award Gala Honoring Bob Pittman in Los Angeles yesterday.
The singer attended the event at The Geffen Contemporary at The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) wearing an ensemble reminiscent of the 1920s. To emulate the flapper look, she bobbed her hair and wore a satin dress with a long strand of pearls. She put on a sequined headpiece and wore dainty white shoes.
A documentary about the singer, "Katy Perry: Part Of Me," hits theaters in July. It chronicles her life on and off stage, and despite protests from her estranged husband, Russell Brand will reportedly be included in some footage.
