Ying Yang Twins rapper De'Angelo Holmes is facing charges of driving under the influence and child endangerment following an arrest last week.
The hip-hop star, known as D-Roc, was with his two children, aged three years old and two months, when he was busted by police in Duluth, Georgia on June 1st.
According to the incident report, his eyes appeared "bloodshot and glazed" and he is said to have "mumbled" and "slurred" his speech while talking to cops, who pulled him over for a traffic infraction.
He was taken into custody after failing a field sobriety test.
The Wait (The Whisper Song) hitmaker was also allegedly caught in possession of marijuana, reports TMZ.com.
