Gabrielle Union Takes Part In Cancer Charity Race
Actress Gabrielle Union laced up her running shoes on Saturday to take part in charity race in Washington, D.C.
The Bad Boys II beauty pounded the pavements for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure event to raise money in honor of a late pal who lost her battle with breast cancer.
In a Twitter.com post before the race, she wrote, "Beautiful morning in DC! So proud 2 be a part of the GlobalRace & an Ambassador for @KomenfortheCure. I'm here in memory of my friend Kristen Martinez".
Union crossed the finish line at the end of 3.1-mile course in 41 minutes and posted a photo of herself completing the run on her Twitter page.
