Even celebrities get caught up in rumors sometimes. "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson was recently fooled by gossip he had been offered a role in the next "The Hunger Games" movie. "Curious" by the rumor, he made a call to his agent to check if the story was true.
 
The actor read reports suggesting he had been given a part in the upcoming second film in the hit franchise, "Catching Fire," and he immediately got on the phone to find out whether the offer really had come in.
 
"I woke up this morning and saw all these things about me being cast in The Hunger Games. I was kind of curious for a second. So I called my agent. My agent was like, 'No. No one's going to offer you that part'. I was like, 'Thanks for the reassurance,'" he explained to USA Today.
