Anne Hathaway's Ex Boyfriend Deported From America
Actress Anne Hathaway's ex-lover Raffaello Follieri has been deported from the U.S. following his release from a Pennsylvania prison on Friday.
Businessman Follieri was jailed for four-and-a-half years in December 2008 after pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering. The Devil Wears Prada star had dumped him shortly before he was arrested over a $3.6 million investment scam.
Follieri was released from prison on Friday after serving almost four years of his sentence and has since been deported to his native Italy.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says, "ICE carried out the order of an immigration judge, and removed Follieri from the United States (on) May 25, 2012."
Hathaway is currently engaged to fellow actor Adam Shulman.
