Sharon Stone Sued For Harassment By Former Nanny
Sharon Stone's former nanny is suing the actress for wrongful dismissal.
In legal documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Erlinda Elemen claims the movie star repeatedly poked fun at her Filipino heritage, traditions, accent and even her religious beliefs, forbidding her from reading the Bible in her own room.
And when she challenged her boss for overtime she claims she was owed, the actress allegedly verbally attacked her for three weeks in front of guests and staff, and then fired her in February, 2011.
However, Stone's lawyer is adamant the lawsuit will not stand up in court, telling the website, "This is an absurd lawsuit that has been filed by a disgruntled ex-employee who is obviously looking to get money any way she can."
