A transgender woman who filed suit against reality TV star Khloe Kardashian over a 2009 bar fight is willing to settle the case out of court for $150,000.

Chantal Spears sued Kim Kardashian's sister for damages last year, claiming she was hit and seriously injured during an altercation outside the Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood.

The scuffle reportedly broke out after Spears told Kardashian's basketball star husband Lamar Odom he was too young to be married.

The socialite insisted she acted in self-defense, but a judge ordered the two parties to work out its differences in mediation by June 29th.

Now, Spears has made her demands clear by naming her price for the "mental and emotional anxiety" she allegedly suffered to put an end to the legal fight, according to TMZ.com.
