Actress Anna Kendrick will never forget her 26th birthday after cheeky Chace Crawford paid for an elderly dancer to give her a lap dance.

The Twilight star celebrated her big day last August while shooting new romantic comedy What To Expect When You're Expecting in Atlanta, Georgia and her co-star Crawford decided to spice up the night by paying for a raunchy routine.

However, it wasn't a normal lap dance - and Kendrick was left cringing throughout the experience.

She tells WENN, "Chace Crawford bought me a lap dance. It was my birthday on set and we went to the Claremont Lounge, which is an Atlanta institution."

"This like, 60 year-old woman dressed as Little Bo Peep came up to me and said, 'This guy just bought you a lap dance because it's your birthday.' I didn't know how to respectfully say, 'No, thank you' because I didn't want to hurt her feelings."

"So I got a lap dance from a 60 year-old woman! But that's OK; I'm fine."
