Cameron Diaz is pushing 40 but that doesn't mean she has to look like it. The actress is urging fans to take care of themselves to look young and is a big proponent of exercise.

She changed her unhealthy habits several years ago by working out more and being more conscious of her eating habits.

Cameron, who reaches her milestone birthday on August 30, strongly believes her fitness regime has given her a better body than when she was 20 years old.

She recently told Access Hollywood, "My a** is definitely higher than it was when I was 20. This is the thing that people don't understand - take care of your body (and it will) get better! It gets better as I get older.
 
"Look, the alternative to getting older is dead, so... I feel very fortunate to have a very full, loving, blessed life, so, I'm living it to the fullest."
