Harry Potter star Emma Watson is searching for a home in New York.

The actress, 22, has been house-hunting in the Big Apple recently and has shown interest in a penthouse apartment in Manhattan's Upper East Side area.

The luxury two bedroom, two bathroom pad had previously been listed for $4 million, but the price has been slashed to $3.3 million, according to the New York Post.

If Watson goes through with the sale, it will be her second property purchase - she bought a $4.8 million townhouse in her native North London in 2009.
