Dianna AgronGlee star Dianna Agron is glad to be a poster girl for the anti-texting and driving movement - because she was once the victim of a distracted motorist.

Fans watched in horror in February as Agron's character on the hit show, Quinn Fabray, was involved in a car accident while sending a text - and they are still awaiting the outcome of the smash.

All will be revealed when the show returns to TV next week and Agron admits she likes the storyline.

She tells TV Guide magazine, "It's very smart of us to touch on this problem because there needs to be an awareness."

Agron underwent physical therapy at school after she was rear-ended by a driver she believes was texting at the time.

And she admits her character's storyline in Glee has made her a better and safer driver - she recently pulled over to make an urgent call rather than use a hands-free device.
