Reality TV star Tila Tequila has left rehab after completing a month of counseling.

The internet pin-up, real name Tila Nguyen, checked into an unidentified clinic to undergo 30 days of psychiatric treatment following an alleged suicide attempt.

A spokesperson for the former Celebrity Rehab star tells TMZ.com the 30-year-old has returned home after receiving help for substance abuse and psychological issues.

The rep adds, "(She) has successfully completed her program in rehab and has safely made her way back home. She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends."

"She is the healthiest she's ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times."
