Reality TV star Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino has checked out of rehab after receiving treatment for a prescription medication problem, according to a report.

A representative for the Jersey Shore star confirmed last month that he had checked into the Cirque Lodge facility in Utah for "much-needed rest and recuperation."

A subsequent statement from the star read, "I have voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion."

Sorrentino has now left the rehab center, according to TMZ.com, which reports the star was spotted at a nearby airport on Wednesday.
