Selma Blair became involved in a Twitter.com feud on Tuesday after a follower branded her "one of the rudest actresses I've ever met."

The Cruel Intentions star was incensed to read a message from a user which stated, "Selma Blair is by far one of the rudest actresses I've ever met complaining about lines when there aren't any & ordering her husband around."

Blair fired off a reply, asking, "Really? Why lie? And how well do you know me...", before adding: "Ya (sic) know, I will never get why people just lie for the sake of hurting someone? Pathetic."

The actress was seemingly informed that the Twitter follower met her at Los Angeles shopping complex The Grove, and retorted,  "Oh wait, we met? You are the rude one. I would never complain and I have no husband. You are a bully. Congratulations.

"You work at The Grove. Congratulations bully. You have no idea what you are talking about. None. Shame on you."

Blair is dating fashion designer Jason Bleick and the couple welcomed son Arthur last July.
