The couple was snapped cuddling up to one another during a private dinner on the EuroStar train from London to Paris on March 19 - and the shots have leaked to Celebuzz.com.
 
The photos feature the rumored couple gazing over a cell phone, smiling and touching hands.
 
The snapshots come a year after Giabicone, who has been the face of Chanel since 2008, announced he'd like to marry the singer.
 
In 2011, the model told a prying reporter, "If I could make her divorce her husband, I'd marry her."
 
Perry's husband Russell Brand filed for divorce to end their brief marriage on December 30.
