Lionel Richie and the late Etta James are to be inducted into New York's Apollo Theater's Hall of Fame.

The two stars will be feted at a ceremony in Harlem on June 4.

Past Apollo Legends Hall of Fame inductees include Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Michael Jackson.
