The Monkees star Davy Jones was laid to rest in Florida on Wednesday. Only immediate family members were invited to the private service.
Jones' remains were cremated and his ashes will be returned to his native Manchester, England, where a public memorial will be held next week.
The "Daydream Believer" singer died after suffering a heart attack while tending to his horses at his ranch in Florida last week. He was 66.
Jones' The Monkees bandmates stayed away from the private funeral out of respect for the singer's wife and children.
