British model and actress Agyness Deyn has confessed she lied about her age to get a foot up on the world's catwalks - and she's actually six years older than she suggested she was.
 
She told modeling bosses and reporters that she was born in 1989, when in fact she was born in 1983 - and she's now 29, not 23.
 
The Clash of the Titans star says, "When I decided I would really do modelling I was like 18, and I think at the time that was quite old for a new face, so we knocked off a few years."
 
Her age was first exposed in 2007 when schoolfriends created Facebook page 'Agyness Deyn You're Not 18'.
