Actor Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife have agreed to share joint custody of their to children to put an end to a bitter court battle.
The former Frasier star divorced Camille a year ago and wed his fourth wife, Kayte Walsh, just days later, but the exes' custody war over their seven-year-old son Jude and daughter Mason, 10, has rumbled on for a year.
The fight turned nasty when reality TV star Camille demanded sole custody of the kids, while Grammer had allegedly asked to raise Jude alone, and leave Mason with her mother.
The ex-couple reached a temporary deal last summer and now TMZ.com reports a permanent settlement has been agreed. Under the terms of the agreement, the children will continue to live with Camille in Los Angeles, while Grammer will enjoy regular visits with the kids.
Grammer is now expecting twins with Walsh.
