Embattled rapper Jim Jones has been arrested for the second time in four days.
The Diplomats star was pulled over by police while driving through New York on Monday morning and booked d for driving on a suspended license, reports TMZ.com.
His latest arrest comes just three days after he was taken into custody for his part in a violent brawl at a Connecticut casino on Friday.
He was charged with assault on a police officer and for breach of peace, but Jones later took to Twitter.com to defend himself, insisting the bust-up was not as controversial as reported.
In a series of posts, he wrote, "This is gettin blown way out of proportion... We all make mistakes thts (that's) why there is a forgiven God pray for me AMEN."
However, the rapper does admit to losing his temper - and he has apologized to his young son for his actions.
He added, "I apologize to my son pudy for havin (sic) to see his farther (sic) act like a beast thts (that's) not th (the) example I want to set for him."
Jones has since been released from jail for his second offense.
